Swimming Season Is On

     Here at McLaughlin's Family Pools, we don't cut corners on your chemicals. With regular testing and balancing, we keep your investment protected.

     Many know that pools have chlorine in them. But did you know there are a variety of other chemicals, such as calcium, in your pool and they all need to stay in balance?

     If the chlorine is too high, your skin may feel like it's burning and/or itchy. If the calcium is too low, the water will pull calcium from the pool finish. If calcium is too high, it can cause scaling.

     All those chemicals affect the alkalinity level, which when balanced, helps prevent staining and stripping of metals from your equipment. We keep all those chemicals balanced to ensure your pool stays in tip top shape and swimming in it is a delightful experience, every time!
